With every week that passes spent in the blazing heat, the summer season has definitely imposed itself on the Philippines, and it's not an unwanted imposition for this travel blogger. I only wish I could spend it walking on fine white sand instead of grey and drab concrete (although last week, I think I found a way to make the heat more bearable in the city - wait for the post in the coming days). Really, a beach trip couldn't come fast enough this time of year.
